The Natural Resources Defence Council (NRDC)—an international environmental organization's study, "Clearing the Air: Hidden Hazards of Air Fresheners” found 86% of air fresheners tested contained dangerous phthalates. So you've got rid of the air fresheners and shifted to natural deodorant and body lotion and shower gel, what else can you so?
My recommendation is to eat organic foods, but I know this is sometimes not possible. Another option is to ensure you wash off as much chemical residue from your conventional foods as possible. How?
